We advise and represent clients across the full spectrum of domestic and international commercial arbitration, including proceedings conducted under the rules of leading institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), ICSID (International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes), Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), as well as ad hoc arbitrations governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
